Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy

Unique Giant Logistics, LLC may issue refunds under certain conditions.

Refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) business days after approval of the refund request.

Refunds may apply when:

• Services were not rendered
• Billing errors occurred
• Duplicate payments were made

Refund requests must be submitted in writing.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel services prior to dispatch. However, if a load has already been dispatched, the following may apply:

• A cancellation fee will be charged
• A portion of funds may be retained to cover administrative work
• Any carrier-related charges may apply
